Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Calculate and update billing system which includes the timely posting for all cash receipts, discounts given, allowances, price differences, returns and other charge backs to customer accounts.
- Follow up with sales department for debtor’s collection and allocation of payments received.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and distribute monthly debtors aging report to sales department by 15th of the month.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Reconciliation of receivable account ensuring that:
- total balance in debtors aging are reconciled to trade receivables in CBIS GL
- total subsidiary ledgers agree to debtors aging
- Maintain thorough, well organized accounts receivable customer details and communication with customers via phone and email to resolve customer/sales queries.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
- Assist in the recovery of debts due by providing monthly debtors aging report to the Admin Manager to enable the sending of demand letters.
- Control and monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. (Eg: Negative balance, doubtful debts allowance and etc.) to reflect current debtor balances.
- Verify Singapore agent’s sales commission claims to SGD debtor balances.
- Compute quarterly expected loss allowances in accordance to MFRS 9 where the probability of non-payment by debtors are adjusted by a forward-looking rate (inflation rate, CPI, whichever is lower) multiplied by the amount of the expected loss to arrive at an expected credit loss amount to be provided for.
- Prepare the necessary details and schedules for year-end audit.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned quality control activities including daily inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products throughout the entire manufacturing process.
- Conduct testing on raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with policies and standards set.
- Immediately report any detected non-confirming products to the supervisor, facilitating corrective actions to salvage defective items and minimize production waste.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests, inspections and outcomes to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- To assist the Head of Department (Human Resources and General Affairs) in executing and monitoring the whole spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs in meeting the Company’s Goals and Objectives.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining all HR administration databases on payroll, benefits, leave, personal and training records, renewal of foreign workers’ permits/passports, employee’s claims, disciplinary procedures, etc. in meeting deadlines and conforming to statutory requirements and set standards.

- To plan, direct and co-ordinate the work of technicians in the development, installation and commission, maintenance of repair of equipments and machineries in the plant.
- To assist the Senior Maintenance Supervisor and lead the maintenance team ie planning and executing jobs in the ‘Planned Maintenance System’ for the plant to reduce unexpected breakdowns and downtimes of machinery.
- To ensure technical specifications or standards for equipments and machineries are compliance with the policies and Statutory’s requirements of the Company.
- To plan and recommend pro-active maintenance systems by way of repairs, replacement to optimize the utilization of equipments and machineries to the Company.

MIS Executive / Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure the accuracy, validity and integrity of data from the organization’s management information system used in generating reports for Top Management and relevant users from other departments.
- To assist in designing and developing report / dashboard with data integration to organisation’s management information system, to enable smooth implementation of projects.
- To assist in generating routine reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for management.
- To work together with IT to liaise with vendors regarding computerized system, data-communication services and systems performance, for any software programs and hardwares required for organisation’s need.

Experience and Qualification Required:
- Diploma or degree in Information Systems or relevant qualification.
- Possess computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook), Virtual Basic for Application (VBA) excel certification and basic SQL knowledge Experience in ERP system is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years’ experience in MIS-related tasks.
