Fresh Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Management (Kapar, Selangor)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Quality
   1. Assure desired level of product quality; assure maintenance of product standards through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standard, employee awareness and training programs, adherence to high level of housekeeping standards, etc.
2. Organizational Efficiencies.
   1. Assure competency and continuity of managerial and specialized personnel fully capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives through the selection development and training and motivation of key subordinates.
3. Intra-company Contracts
   1. Keeps key management informed and provides overall technical guidance and assistance to departmental business/sales and operations personnel regarding manufacturing methodology, production status, etc.
4. Sales and Production Information
   1. To enhance Sales and Production Information more effectiveness to meet and increase the sales and market demand.
5. Product Costing
   1. To analysis, monitoring and control the production costing within the plant.
6. Manufacturing Costing
   1. To study and control towards more savings cost on manufacturing to meet the Management direction and objectives.
7. Special Projects
   1. To assist Factory Manager in providing inputs and coordinating special projects relating to business expansion, operational and system improvement within the organisation.
8. Risk Management and Internal Control
   1. Assist to implement control processes within the factory operational environment, to identify and manage the risks within the system of risk management and internal control as well as to ensure that appropriate and timely correction actions are taken.
9. Policies and Procedures
   1. To develop policies and guidelines on a need basis as required by top management.
10. Production Scheduling
    1. Optimize production capacity in relation to finished goods inventory requirement and marketing requirement. Assure minimal back order status and adequate service levels through close liaison among business/ sales/ production/ inventory control and materials management personnel.
11. Employee Relations
    1. Provides positive employee relations environment to ensure the achievement of productivity objectives and maintenance of high morale and motivation at all levels within the workforce.
12. Technical Specification and Compliance
    1. To ensure technical specifications or standards for equipments and machineries are compliance with the policies and Statutory’s requirements of the Company. To co-ordinate and execute technical activities with the Consulting Engineers, suppliers and contractors by ensuring specifications and standards are met.
13. Safety, Health and Environment
    1. To ensure the safety and environmental issues of the Company are in compliance with the Statutory regulations.
14. Preferred work location at Kapar, Selangor.

Maintenance Supervisor (Ipoh, Perak)

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, direct and co-ordinate the work of technicians in the development, installation and commission, maintenance of repair of equipments and machineries in the plant.
• To assist the Senior Maintenance Supervisor and lead the maintenance team ie planning and executing jobs in the ‘Planned Maintenance System’ for the plant to reduce unexpected breakdowns and downtimes of machinery.
• To ensure technical specifications or standards for equipments and machineries are compliance with the policies and Statutory’s requirements of the Company.
• To plan and recommend pro-active maintenance systems by way of repairs, replacement to optimize the utilization of equipments and machineries to the Company.
• To train, develop, coach and motivate the subordinate staff to perform according to set standards to enhance the productivity of the team.
• To ensure the safety and environmental issues of the Company are in compliance with the Statutory regulations.
• To ensure appropriate records of the Company are updated at all times e.g. machine downtime / utilities meter reading, etc.
• To co-ordinate and execute technical activities with the Consulting Engineers, suppliers and contractors by ensuring specifications and standards are met.
• To ensure work is executed on schedule datelines in accordance with specifications, within budget and to the safety of all concerned.
• To ensure the staff assisting him is being utilized to the maximum to meet manufacturing goals and machine downtime are rectified in the earliest time.
• To assist the Senior Factory Manager to control the operating expenses of the plant.
• To act on any other responsibilities and duties as may be directed from time to time.
• Preferred work location at Ipoh, Perak.

Sales Manager (Kapar, Selangor)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensure quality service is provided to both existing and potential customers.
• Maintain close rapport with customers to enhance business relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify new market opportunities and business prospects to expand the company’s customer base.
• Develop new customer accounts with strong credit standing and ensure effective and timely debt collection.
• Prepare and provide feedback on market conditions during sales meetings, and collaborate with top management to discuss strategies and action plans.
• Formulate and implement effective sales channels and marketing activities to increase sales volume in local markets.
• Competently develop and manage relationships with supplier and customers in assigned regions.
• Regular report on and review strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, fostering skill development and ensuring the achievement of set targets.
• Travel outstation to meet customers and represent the company at events a required.
