Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to work orders and blueprints.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Head of Department (Human Resources and General Affairs) in executing and monitoring the whole spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs in meeting the Company’s Goals and Objectives.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining all HR administration databases on payroll, benefits, leave, personal and training records, renewal of foreign workers’ permits/passports, employee’s claims, disciplinary procedures, etc. in meeting deadlines and conforming to statutory requirements and set standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, direct and co-ordinate the work of technicians in the development, installation and commission, maintenance of repair of equipments and machineries in the plant.
• To assist the Senior Maintenance Supervisor and lead the maintenance team ie planning and executing jobs in the ‘Planned Maintenance System’ for the plant to reduce unexpected breakdowns and downtimes of machinery.

QC Engineer (Ipoh, Perak)

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure all quality control activities on raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products are performed in accordance with the Company’s procedures and specifications and in compliance with applicable standards set by various certifications bodies.
• To plan, organize and supervise the daily/ weekly/ monthly work assignments of the staff in quality control work, in consultation with Senior QC Manager if necessary.
• To ensure that all testing equipment is functional, carefully maintained and properly calibrated in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, and provide guidance and training for staff on their proper use and maintenance.
• To ensure that timely and effective action is taken to prevent damage or loss to equipment and facilities in the quality control section.
• To ensure that all necessary measures are taken to promote the safety of staff who performs inspection and testing activities and are authorized to use inspection and testing equipment.
• To attend promptly to all customer complaints and goods returned by customers; initiate investigative action to identify root causes; document the findings for each cases; and recommend corrective action to resolve them.
• To co-ordinate/compile quality inspection and other performance reports, and present them to Senior QC Manager with well-presented analysis and recommendations for effective action.
• To identify, propose and, if approved, implement initiatives for improvement in work procedures and work flow.
